Job Description

About Us

FlexManager is a cutting-edge software solution designed to streamline compliance, assets, workforce, and safety management for modern organisations. Trusted by global brands, we help businesses gain real-time insights, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency through our powerful and intuitive platform.

We are a small established SaaS company providing software solutions in a structured and customer-focused environment. We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination and management of our technical and customer support functions.
This role will manage a team of approximately 15 staff across software development, QA/testing, and technical support. The position is focused on operational management, delivery coordination, team leadership, and ensuring high standards of customer service and software quality.

This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with teams, solving operational challenges, improving processes, and helping technical teams perform effectively.

This is a newly created position, and the successful candidate will play a key role in building structure, improving operational processes, defining team coordination practices, and helping establish clear ways of working across development, QA, and support functions.

The Role

The Technical Operations Manager will act as the central coordination point between development, QA, support, and leadership teams. The successful candidate will ensure priorities are managed effectively, projects and releases stay on track, customer issues are escalated appropriately, and teams are supported in delivering high-quality work.

You do not need to be a software developer for this role, but you should be comfortable working within a technical SaaS environment and managing technical teams.

  • Experience managing development, QA, or support teams desirable
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar platforms advantageous
