Technical Documentation Writer

Overview

Job Details:

Create, update, and maintain user manuals in English for different product lines.

Develop and edit technical content, including layout and structure, in coordination with the Product Manager.

Prepare and update illustrations, diagrams, and 3D drawing configurations to support technical documentation.

Organize, maintain, and improve production-related documents and documentation systems to ensure better accessibility and accuracy.

Assist with additional technical tasks such as supporting web-based tools and contributing to process improvements in production workflows.

Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to understand for end users and internal teams.

Review technical content regularly to maintain consistency with product updates and engineering changes.

Support continuous improvement of documentation standards and templates.

Job Experience Requirements

Completed or ongoing studies in Engineering; knowledge of physics or light technology is an advantage.

Previous experience in preparing technical documentation will be beneficial.

Strong written English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Interest in technology with a detail-oriented and structured working approach.

Ability to maintain accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness in all documentation tasks.
