Systems Analyst

Role Overview

Helian EG is seeking a analytical and solution-oriented Systems Analyst to optimize, align, and enhance our IT infrastructure and enterprise software applications. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between business operations and technical design—analyzing current IT systems, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, configuring software workflows, and ensuring all system architectures operate at peak performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing IT systems, application architecture, and database structures to identify operational bottlenecks, integration opportunities, and efficiency gains.
• Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive technical requirements, functional specifications, system flowcharts, and data mapping diagrams.
• Partner with software developers, database administrators, and external IT vendors to design, test, and deploy robust system solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on system errors, performance bugs, and integration failures, implementing effective technical fixes and software patches.
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creating test scripts, verifying data integrity, and resolving bug tickets before deployment.
• Maintain complete system documentation, architecture diagrams, technical standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user instruction guides.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Systems Architect, or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in system design methodologies, database management (SQL), API integrations (REST/SOAP), and data modeling.
• Practical experience with enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom web applications) and cloud platforms.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, analytical reasoning, technical writing, and cross-functional communication skills.
