Middle Level#### Job Description:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for AI Chatbot solutions.
- Work closely with business users, Product Owners, developers, and vendors to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes and propose AI Chatbot solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Design system workflows, conversation flows, data mapping, and API integration specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD, FSD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and API Specifications.
- Coordinate with development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment activities, and production issue analysis when required.
- Perform impact analysis for change requests and recommend appropriate system solutions.
- Collaborate with AI and development teams to ensure chatbot capabilities align with business objectives and technical architecture.
Qualifications \& Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Solution Analyst.
- Experience working on Telecommunications (Telco) projects is highly preferred.
- Programming background in Node.js is preferred; experience with Java, C#, Python, Go, or other backend programming languages is also acceptable.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, System Integration, Database Design, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience preparing BRD, FSD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flow Diagrams, and API Specifications.
- Knowledge of AI, Conversational AI, Chatbot platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, or Generative AI concepts is preferred.
- Experience integrating chatbot solutions with enterprise applications or backend systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work directly with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven and able to work independently as the primary System Analyst on a project.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
