Support Technician (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor)

Join our team and be part of a dynamic retail environment where technical expertise meets exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to ensure smooth service operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe service area by performing daily cleaning of tools and workspace.
- Organise and prioritise pending repair units for efficient workflow.
- Attend to customer reservations promptly and assist walk-in customers with diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Process claims repair units, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to authorised service partners.
- Update service system records throughout the day for accurate status tracking.
- Provide upgrade and trade-in advice, recommending suitable options based on customer needs and device condition.
- Support in-store activities and company events, ensuring technical readiness and smooth operations.

What We’re Looking For?
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, IT, or related technical field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in technical repair or customer service, preferably in retail.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:
- Physical ability to handle products.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and events.
