Our marine team has an opportunity for a Support Craft Operations Supervisor. As the first point of contact for our marine Support Craft team, you will provide operational supervision and safety oversight for Support Craft activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with all internal and external requirements.

  • A proven marine leader with experience supervising vessel operations and leading teams in a dynamic operational environment.
  • Strong operational knowledge with the ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate marine activities while maintaining a focus on safety, compliance and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across crews and the broader business.
  • A proactive problem solver who can make sound operational decisions, manage competing priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • A commitment to developing others, with experience coaching, mentoring and supporting crew capability and performance.
  • A safety-first mindset, demonstrating a strong understanding of maritime legislation, Safety Management Systems and risk management practices.
