Job Description

Job Requirements

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of a Product Support Sales Representative is to provide total support to the customers in the designated region, promote and sell parts, accessories, and service offerings to customers aiming to generate revenue and meet the pre-learnt budget.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell parts, accessories, and service contracts to the customers.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate

recommendations. * Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. * Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing solutions, and addressing concerns. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Actively listen to customer needs, offer advice, and tailor solutions to meet their specific

requirements. * Regular visits to the customer stores (if existence) to conduct inventory check up and make sure that the customer is keeping FMIs in his warehouse to avoid any delay in his fleet’s operations. * Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings. * Communicate technical information effectively to customers, answering their questions and

providing accurate information. * Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and order

fulfillment. * Provide technical guidance and advice on service options, repairs, and installation processes. * Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries or issues. * Gather market and customer insights through interactions with customers. * Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and

competitor activities. * Conduct customer site visit on monthly basis to make sure that his fleet is working properly and

submit a report based on his visit aiming the upselling role as well as advisory role which reflects an excellent reputation of the dealer and meet the total customer support concept (TCS). * Providing “3S” collaboration with service and sales departments by inviting at least 3 customers / Annum to show them HHA’s facility and brand capabilities. * Providing at least 2 sales leads and send them to sales department to enhance our coverage in the region aiming to be the best and preferable supplier in the designate region.

Skills Description

Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent .

Minimum Requirements:

  • Work experience and a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

Physical Attributes:

  • Candidate should be in a healthy and fit to do machine inspections at the customer’s sites.

Working Conditions:

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Language Skills:

  • Arabic- English.
