We are looking for a Supply Planning Manager, EMEIA to join the UPM Adhesive Materials locations in Poland .

What you will do ?

• Lead, develop, and coach the Planning team.
• Drive optimization of production planning processes and resource utilization .
• Collaborate closely with st akeholders .
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor, analyse , and drive performance through planning-related KPIs.

• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Who you are ?

• You have university degree and proven experience in leading and developing production planning teams.

• You have a solid understanding of production planning processes, capacity management, and resource optimization.
• You can identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, and implement effective corrective actions.
• You are experienced in monitoring, analyzing, and driving performance through planning-related KPIs.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can make decisions based on data and business priorities.
• You enjoy working on cross-functional projects and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• You are a proactive leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing business needs.
• You communicate effectively and confidently in English and Poli sh .
• You have the curiosity and openness to le a rn and wor k with AI-powered tools .

Additional information about the position

This position is located in Nowa Wieś Wrocławska , Poland or Biskupice , Poland . This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration .
