The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, managing staff performance, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring the outlet operates efficiently and profitably in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
Key Responsibilities1. Outlet Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth and efficient store operations during all shifts.
- Monitor service quality, food quality, cleanliness, and outlet presentation.
- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs and operational standards.
- Handle operational issues and resolve them promptly.
2. Sales \& Business Performance
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Increase average transaction value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
3. Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate outlet employees.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
- Conduct staff briefings and team meetings.
- Train, coach, and develop employees to improve performance.
- Conduct probation reviews and annual performance evaluations.
- Manage attendance, punctuality, and employee discipline.
- Work closely with the HR Department on recruitment and staffing matters.
4. Customer Service
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure all employees provide a welcoming and friendly experience.
5. Inventory \& Stock Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Conduct stock ordering and coordinate with suppliers or the warehouse.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Minimise stock loss, wastage, and expiry.
- Ensure proper storage of food and beverage items.
6. Cash \& Financial Management
- Oversee cashier operations and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and banking.
- Monitor outlet expenses and maintain cost control.
- Ensure all sales transactions are accurately recorded.
7. Food Safety \& Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure employees follow food handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, kitchen, and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company policies.
8. Administration \& Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Submit sales, inventory, and staffing reports on time.
- Maintain outlet documentation and records.
- Report operational issues to the Operations Manager.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
