Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes, demonstrating culinary techniques to team members.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise within the kitchen promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen staff and front-of-house teams.
