Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency and quality in all menu items

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesQualifications
  • Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong skills in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
  • Excellent team abilities with a focus on motivating staff and maintaining high standards
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is advantageous

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
