Solicitor

Enerco Energy specialises in the development of renewable energy projects and is currently seeking a solicitor to join their legal team. The role will be based in the company’s Cork office. This is an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to develop their career in a fast paced in-house legal environment.

The role is primarily conveyancing based and experience in this area of practice is an advantage. The conveyancing aspect of the role is varied and includes the preparation and review of options, leases, easements, rights of way and all other property interests necessary to progress our renewable energy projects.

In addition to conveyancing the successful candidate will work with the legal team and liaise with all other departments within the organisation in all aspects of the development of renewable energy projects including the following areas:

· Banking

· Commercial

· Litigation

· Company Secretarial

· Employment

CANDITATE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fully qualified solicitor
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work as a member of a dynamic, busy team whilst working well under pressure and on their own initiative

· Maintain confidentiality internally and externally

Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Pay: €40,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
