Mō tēnei tūranga \| About the Opportunity As a Full Stack Developer, you be working alongside our AI and Data Science teams, building end to end applications that bring Proofs of Concept and AI/Machine Learning ideas to life across our operations. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys turning emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions, while applying strong engineering standards and a quality-first mindset.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence architecture and design decisions, shaping how innovative solutions are built and adopted. Mōu \| About You You are an experienced full stack developer with a strong background in building modern web applications, using Python on the backend and React or JavaScript on the frontend. You bring solid backend engineering capability, including REST APIs, authentication, database connectivity, performance optimisation, and clean, well-structured code. You’re confident delivering responsive UI design, prominent frontend framework such as React or Vue, state management, asynchronous API calls, authentication and single page application.

You have a good working understanding of cloud services (i.e. Azure), specifically in relation to compute, databases, data storage and secret stores. You can plan and structure application builds, collaborate effectively with others, manage dependencies, and contribute to shared outcomes in a lean methodology. You’re comfortable speaking up with new ideas, challenging conventions where it adds value, and you actively seek and respond to feedback as part of your ongoing growth.
