Software Development Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Software Development Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects from planning to deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, project management methodologies, databases, web technologies, APIs, and enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for managing development teams, coordinating with clients, gathering requirements, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining software quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
• Coordinate with clients, business teams, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead software development teams including developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and support teams.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and technical discussions with clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare project documentation, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Monitor software quality, testing, bug fixing, and deployment activities.
• Manage change requests, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate integration projects with third-party systems such as ERP, HRMS, SAP, Oracle, APIs, and biometric devices.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and system reliability.

Technical Knowledge Required

• .NET / Java / PHP / Python (basic understanding)
• MS SQL Server / MySQL / Database Design
• REST APIs \& System Integrations
• Cloud \& Server Infrastructure basics
• Software Architecture concepts
• UI/UX workflow understanding
• Version control systems (Git/SVN)
• Agile / Scrum project management methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an advantage.
• UAE experience preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing HRMS, Time Attendance, Visitor Management, ERP, or enterprise software projects.
• Experience with mobile applications and web-based systems.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and government projects is preferred.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
