Spence is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to manage our social media platforms and enhance our brand's online presence.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to enhance brand awareness, user engagement and lead generation.

· Plan, create and publish engaging content, including text, graphics, images, videos, and other digital assets across social media platforms and the company website, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding.

· Produce high-quality photographs and videos that effectively showcase and tell compelling stories about the company’s interior fit-out projects and services.

· Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, website content and link-building strategies to improve online visibility and search engine rankings.

· Monitor, analyze and report on social media, website, SEO and PPC performance metrics, providing recommendations to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.

· Build and maintain strong connections with target audiences by actively engaging and responding to inquiries across platforms including Eurostaffs, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other digital channels.

· Collaborate closely with the Sales and internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, support tender submissions and create promotional materials that drive business growth.

· Ensure consistent and up-to-date branding across all digital platforms and perform other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

· In-depth knowledge of various social media tools, platforms and their respective audiences.

· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
