We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer who enjoys creating content and talking to people.
This role is for someone who’s comfortable juggling content planning, client communication, and teamwork — turning ideas into posts, and posts into real results. If you like working with different brands and collaborating closely with a content team, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and manage social media content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Rednote and more
- Build monthly content calendars that make sense for each brand and campaign
- Write captions, shape content ideas, and work with designers and videographers to bring them to life
- Communicate regularly with clients to align on content direction, timelines, and expectations
- Work closely with the internal content team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic community interactions
- Track content and campaign performance, and turn numbers into easy-to-understand reports for clients
- Keep up with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads is a must (campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting)
- A good understanding of how major social media platforms work
- Comfortable writing in English \& Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Someone with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- A creative mindset with a good sense of what works on social media
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
- Preferably able to communicate in Chinese, as you’ll be working with Chinese-speaking clients
