What You Will Do:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Eurostaffs, and other relevant platforms
- Film and edit high-quality videos and photos of renovation projects, team members, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional materials
- Visit active project sites across the GTA to capture on-location content, including progress shots, before-and-after documentation, and team highlights
- Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with company goals, seasonal campaigns, and project timelines
- Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement
- Track and report on key performance metrics, using insights to continuously improve content performance
- Collaborate with the team to ensure brand voice, visual style, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget management, performance monitoring, and lead generation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Eurostaffs, etc.)
- Ability to create content independently, including filming, photography, and video editing without requiring a dedicated production crew
- Experience managing both organic social media and paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager, with the ability to generate qualified leads and track campaign performance.
- Comfortable operating video and photography equipment to capture project footage, team content, and promotional materials
- Proficiency with video editing software and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement best practices
- Creative eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytelling that aligns with a premium renovation brand
- Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines, content schedules, and multiple platforms simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to visit project sites across the GTA to capture content on location
- Valid Full G Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle (required)
- Excellent command of the English language; strong written and verbal communication skills
