Role Summary
Natmed is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Food & Beverage Packaging business in Kuwait. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, developing the sales team, and strengthening relationships with key customers across the HORECA, retail, food manufacturing, and institutional sectors. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys building customer relationships while coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Food & Beverage sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales growth by expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies across key market segments, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and food manufacturers.
- Monitor sales performance, customer pipelines, and market opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Work closely with management to identify new products, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and represent Natmed in the marketplace.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in food packaging, disposable products, HORECA, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
