We are looking for a creative, energetic and reliable Social Media Executive / Content Creator to help build our online brand presence, create engaging content, and assist with digital advertising campaigns.
This is an in-office role based in Melbourne and is ideal for someone who enjoys creating videos, managing social media, and growing brands through both organic and paid marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Eurostaffs
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Google Business Profile
Content Creation
- Create engaging reels, videos, stories and posts
- Capture behind-the-scenes office and technician content
- Create customer testimonial and success story content
- Design graphics and promotional creatives
- Create tech tips and awareness content
Video Editing
- Edit short-form videos for social media
- Add subtitles, transitions and captions
- Create thumbnails and promotional banners
Paid Advertising
- Assist in running and monitoring Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Create ad creatives and promotional campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and engagement
- Coordinate with management regarding marketing strategies and promotions
Brand \& Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to reviews/comments/messages
- Assist in improving online brand reputation
- Coordinate with management for customer feedback responses
Coordination
- Work closely with technicians, management and customer service staff
- Collect onsite photos/videos and convert them into engaging content
Reporting
- Track social media and ad performance
- Provide monthly growth and engagement reports
Requirements
Essential Skills
- 1–3 years experience in social media/content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Eurostaffs
- Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools
- Good video editing skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of paid social media campaigns
- Strong English communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Bonus Skills
- Experience in IT/technology industry
- Photography/videography skills
- Knowledge of Google Business Profile management
