- Supervise installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractors on-site.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure installation activities are completed as per project schedule.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of wooden doors, frames, architraves, and hardware accessories.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and daily task assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections of installation works.
Installation \& Technical Coordination
- Study approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Verify site measurements before installation.
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, and finishing teams to avoid work conflicts.
- Ensure correct installation of:
- Wooden doors
- Fire-rated doors
- Acoustic doors
- Door frames
- Ironmongery and hardware
- Door closers, hinges, locks, panic bars, and handles
- Resolve technical issues during installation.
Quality Control
- Ensure work meets company and client quality standards.
- Check alignment, leveling, finishing, and functionality of doors.
- Inspect materials delivered to site for damages or defects.
- Conduct snagging and rectification works before project handover.
- Ensure compliance with approved samples and specifications.
Pay: AED4,000.00 per hour
