Job Description:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and work schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor workers, subcontractors, materials, machinery and equipment at site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to the project schedule.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, defects or technical problems to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Check and monitor material deliveries and usage at site.
- Maintain daily site records, including manpower, work progress, materials and site activities.
- Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site-related issues.
- Perform other site-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landcaping or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in construction/site supervision.
- Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
- Willing to work on-site, travel and work overtime when required.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
- CIDB Green Card / relevant safety certification is an advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
