Foreman – Civil Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills, the ability to manage workforce productivity, and ensure all civil works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor site progress and ensure work execution is as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on site.

Ensure productivity targets and project deadlines are achieved.

Allocate tasks to workers, subcontractors, and skilled labor teams effectively.

Inspect ongoing work to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.

Ensure availability of required materials, equipment, and manpower on site.

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce health \& safety procedures.

Report daily work progress, site issues, and delays to management on time.

Read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

Monitor material usage and minimize wastage at site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects within the UAE.

Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and site supervision.

Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.

Good leadership and workforce management skills.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Civil Engineering or related field.

Experience handling labor teams and subcontractors in large-scale projects.
