Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities.
* Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
* Prepare site reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
* Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
* Monitor material usage and ensure timely delivery of site resources.
* Attend site meetings and inspections as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the construction industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel to project sites.
