About the Role

UGL is seeking an experienced and highly organised Site Administrator to join our team in Kwinana on a 3 to 6month casual contract. Working Monday to Friday in a site-based role, you will provide essential administrative, workforce coordination, cost control, and reporting support to the Project Delivery Team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities while supporting the successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workforce administration activities, including onboarding, site rosters, leave management and timesheet processing.
  • Maintain project records and documentation to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Prepare reports and provide administrative support to project management teams.
  • Review timesheets, cost allocations and project changes to support accurate project cost tracking.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, process goods receipting and maintain procurement registers.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and assist with project communications.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day project administration activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar project support position.
  • Experience working within construction, maintenance, shutdown, turnaround or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE or similar.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
