Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer (Mid-Level) to join our Digital Transformation team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade collaboration and business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SharePoint Online development, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, and Microsoft 365 technologies, along with hands-on experience in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). The role requires a strong focus on delivering scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions across the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and modern pages.
• Develop and deploy interactive and reusable SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts using modern development practices.
• Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into responsive and scalable SharePoint solutions.
• Build and automate business processes using Power Automate workflows.
• Develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Create dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices related to security, performance optimization, governance, and user experience.
• Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment, and version control processes.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and user support materials.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for deployed SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong experience in developing enterprise applications and collaboration solutions.

Pay: RO1,200.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
