ServiceNow Demand Manager - Abu Dhabi

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Demand Manager to manage demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with delivery capacity across the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to ensure efficient demand management and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the demand pipeline across ServiceNow initiatives.
• Prioritize and shape incoming requests based on business value and delivery capacity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and align expectations.
• Facilitate governance forums and decision-making processes.
• Monitor and maintain backlog health and prioritization.
• Provide regular reporting on demand, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and platform roadmap.

Required Skills \& Experience:

• 6–10+ years of experience in IT Service Management or ServiceNow environments.
• Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Experience in backlog prioritization and demand management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience working within ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) environments.
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent.
