Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, inventory control, and workflow optimisation.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff to ensure high standards of patient care and medication safety.
- Oversee medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise medication therapy management and patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including licensing requirements and health \& safety policies.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy services and operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, order supplies as needed, and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for pharmacy staff to foster continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in a pharmacy setting..
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining excellent patient care standards.
- Relevant pharmacy qualification recognised by the appropriate regulatory body.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
