Job Description:
- Position: Senior Warehouse Executive/ Assistant Manager
- Well Established EMS Manufacturer
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:15am – 6:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to RM6,500 + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Monthly Transport Allowance of RM50 Provided
- Annual Increment Based on Performance Review
- Working Location: Pontian, Johor.

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, work order (WO) kitting, finished goods (FG) collection from production, subcontractor (sheet metal) coordination, and FG shipment.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage inventory aging, and maintain high stock accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy of stock movements, including transaction adjustments, SAP label IDs, and bin locations, while maintaining SAP-related data.
- Maximise warehouse storage capacity and space utilisation.
- Control and coordinate the movement of materials during receiving and kitting processes.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain management.
- Experience in EMS or the electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of ISO standards and safety compliance.
