CellPhone Care is hiring a Retail Sales Assistant / Growth Operator.
This is not a passive cashier role. You will start in-store, serving customers, booking repairs, selling accessories, answering questions, and helping keep the store running properly.
We repair and sell phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, accessories, and refurbished devices. We are a family-run Adelaide business with 3 stores, 450+ Google reviews, and 10,000+ devices fixed.
The role starts with 20-25 hours per week. If it is a strong fit, there is a pathway to full-time within 4-6 weeks.
What you will do:
- Serve customers at the counter
- Book phone, tablet, laptop, and console repairs
- Recommend useful accessories and protection
- Ask good questions to understand what customers need
- Help with stock, displays, listings, and store presentation
- Follow up quotes and customer enquiries
- Learn sales, customer service, tech, e-commerce, AI tools, and business systems
You may be a good fit if you are:

You do not need repair experience. We can teach the technical side.
You do need to care about customers, listen properly, ask questions, and be willing to improve.
Pay:
$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, classification, and fit.
