About the Role:
XLO Caribe Travel \& Hospitality Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and customer-focused Senior Travel Services Manager to lead travel operations, hospitality coordination, and customer experience initiatives in Manama, Bahrain. This role focuses on optimizing travel service delivery, managing corporate and leisure travel operations, and ensuring high-quality hospitality experiences across regional and international travel services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day travel services, booking operations, and hospitality coordination
  • Customer Experience Management: Ensure exceptional service standards for corporate and leisure travel clients
  • Travel Planning \& Coordination: Manage itineraries, reservations, accommodations, transportation, and tour arrangements
  • Operational Efficiency: Improve workflows, booking systems, and travel service performance
  • Supplier \& Vendor Management: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tourism partners, and hospitality providers
  • Sales \& Revenue Oversight: Support travel package sales, business growth, and customer retention strategies
  • Compliance \& Documentation: Ensure accuracy of travel documentation, visa coordination, and operational compliance
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with corporate clients, tourism boards, and executive leadership
  • Team Leadership: Lead travel consultants, reservation staff, and customer support teams

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: Senior-level experience in travel management, hospitality operations, or tourism services leadership
  • Skills: Strong customer service, operational management, and travel coordination capabilities
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in travel agencies, corporate travel services, or hospitality operations
  • Leadership: Ability to manage travel teams and high-volume customer service environments
