QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor degree (minimum) in electrical engineering, electronics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in the electronics industry
• Able to communicate in English and in Thai
• Strong design knowledge in electronics, software for test bench, Instrument for test benchr.
• Strong planning, project management and communication skills
• Ability to debug electronics product and use laboratory test equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyzer, power source, etc.)
• MS Office, MS Project, Visio, ERP, Lab view, Test and, Visual Studio

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.To develop test plans \& test strategies

• Define and develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, and methodologies based on customer specifications and product requirements.

2.Test Hardware design

• Design and manage the development of test schematics, fixtures, and interface circuitry for a variety of test platforms, including In-Circuit test (ICT) , Functional Test (FT), and Automated test equipment (ATE)

3.Test software development

• Create and debug robust test programs using industry-standard programming languages and software (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, C++, Python) to drive automated testers

4.Manufacturing support

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to the manufacturing line, addressing issues related to test equipment, processes, and product failures.

5.Failure analysis

• Supervise technicians and lead root-cause analysis efforts on product failures and manufacturing yield issues, driving them to resolution with preventive measures

6.Continuous improvement:

• Lead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce test times, and increase test coverage. This includes optimizing existing test processes and exploring new test automation methods

7.Customer interaction

• Act as a primary technical point of contact for customers regarding test solutions, ensuring requirements are met and providing support during solution qualification and handover

8.Mentorship and leadership

• Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians to advance their skills and execution of tasks
