Purpose \& Scope of the Role
As a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative structural engineering solutions across a wide range of projects. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to every stage of project delivery, from concept design through to construction, ensuring technical excellence, quality and programme commitments are achieved while supporting the continued growth of the team.
Your Impact in this Position
You'll apply your technical expertise to deliver structural designs, support project delivery on time and within budget, and contribute to contract administration, site inspections and technical reporting. Working closely with clients, architects, contractors, consultants and statutory authorities, you'll help develop practical engineering solutions while collaborating across Tetra Tech's national engineering teams.
Core Capabilities
Training, Qualifications \& Experience
Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng) with consultancy experience in structural design. Chartered, or working towards Chartership with Engineers Ireland, IStructE or ICE. Knowledge of Eurocodes, AutoCAD and structural design software is essential, with experience of MasterSeries, Tedds or Revit advantageous.
