Senior Quality Assurance Tester

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester to join a dynamic IT team. In this role, you will ensure the quality of digital products by planning and executing comprehensive testing activities for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software while supporting test automation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for new features and system enhancements.
• Perform mobile application testing to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and validate backend integrations.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, business users, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Evaluate and report test results with clear documentation.
• Support the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks and automated test suites.
• Contribute to QA process improvements, testing strategies, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance on testing and automation within project teams.
• Ensure software releases meet business requirements and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• 5-6 years previous working experience in software QA including Test Planning, Test Case Design, Defect Management and Reporting
• Must have Mobile testing experience
• Must have back-end (API level testing) - Integrated API \& API testing (e.g: Postman)
• Experience in Scripting/Programming
• Familiarity with CI/CD
• Good to have Airline Domain and operations Knowledge
• Good at Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Good Communication skills
• Test Automation and airline domain knowledge is an advantage
