Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Site Architect expert in Revit, Vray, Lumion, 3D Max \& AutoCAD who can join immediately. The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, make recommendations, and negotiate project details with their team and clients.

Duties \& Responsibilities:

• 1. Meeting with clients to discuss project objectives and needs.
• 2. Preparing and presenting design proposals as per the local guidelines, including detailed drawings and perspectives.
• 3. Creating detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects.
• 4. Specifying the architectural materials needed for construction of projects.
• 5. Coordinating the design between the other department structural and MEP.
• 6. Reviewing local rules and regulations to ensure the construction project falls within all constraints.
• 7. Submitting and obtaining the approval from all the authorities involve to the project.
• 8. Follow up with the authorities comments and attend the meeting with authority engineers.
• 9. Review and approve the shop drawings prepared by contractors.
• 10. Review and approve the material submittals.
• 11. Visit the site when it’s required.
• 12. Resolving issues that come up during construction.

Requirements:

1. Must have solid experience with all Dubai Authorities and Master Developer (Mandatory Dubai Engineering Consultant work experience)

• A minimum of 10 years of Architect experience.
• Working with computer-aided design software (Revit, AutoCAD,3D Max Vray, Lumion)
• Solid experience and understanding of design and analysis.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
• Ability to work on assigned scope independently
