Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales / Business Development professional with a strong network across the Governance, Risk \& Compliance (GRC), Risk Management, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Internal Audit ecosystem in Saudi Arabia or North America or Canada or the GCC region.
This role is focused on driving revenue growth for GRC consulting, implementation, transformation, managed services, and technology-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate already has active relationships with enterprise clients, risk leaders, compliance executives, cybersecurity stakeholders, consulting firms, and technology partners, and can generate qualified opportunities immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue generation for GRC consulting and managed services offerings.
- Leverage an existing network of enterprise clients and decision-makers to create and develop sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Chief Risk Officers (CROs)
- Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs)
- Compliance Heads
- Internal Audit Leaders
- Risk Managers
- Governance and Regulatory Affairs Leaders
- Technology and Digital Transformation Executives
- Identify and qualify enterprise GRC, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and audit transformation opportunities.
- Work closely with:
- Technology and consulting partners
- Pre-sales and solution architects
- Delivery and consulting teams
- Drive the full sales lifecycle:
- Prospecting
- Discovery
- Solution Positioning
- Proposal Development
- Negotiation
- Closure
- Represent Abbott Kinney Agency at:
- Industry events
- GRC and cybersecurity conferences
- Partner meetings
- Industry forums and webinars
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and account plans.
Required Experience \& Skills
Mandatory
- Proven experience selling GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, audit, or consulting services.
- Existing network of enterprise decision-makers within Saudi Arabia and/or the GCC.
- Strong relationships with:
- Risk and compliance leaders
- Internal audit stakeholders
- Cybersecurity executives
- Enterprise technology buyers
- Consulting and implementation partners
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B services sales experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Governance, Risk \& Compliance (GRC)
- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
- Cybersecurity Risk Management
- Internal Audit and Compliance programs
- Enterprise procurement and buying cycles
- Ability to sell consulting-led, solution-based engagements.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and closing skills.

- Experience selling GRC platforms and related services.
- Archer Network
- Existing relationships with major enterprises across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
- Previous experience working with:
