Senior Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:

LNS Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee retail operations, workflow coordination, operational planning, and store support activities within our growing commerce organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys improving operational efficiency, coordinating retail activities, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping maintain high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will work closely with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day retail performance and operational excellence.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily retail operations and workflow coordination activities
• Support operational planning and store performance initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve retail operational efficiency
• Monitor operational performance, inventory coordination, and workflow effectiveness
• Help improve operational systems, reporting processes, and productivity standards
• Assist with scheduling, operational support, and project coordination activities
• Maintain quality standards across retail and customer service operations
• Support leadership with retail operations and business initiatives
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Contribute ideas that improve customer experience and operational performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail operations, business operations, store coordination, customer service, logistics support, or operations management preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with retail workflows, inventory coordination, or operational reporting is beneficial
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
