We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape enterprise web products for a leading Oil and Gas client in Thailand. You will turn business needs into flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI in Figma, partner with BAs and developers in an Agile team, and help close design-to-code gaps with accessible, design system-led delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
- Extend an existing design system using tokens and components to keep patterns consistent
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma using Variables, Auto Layout, Components and Variants
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on journeys, priorities and design decisions
- Prepare developer handoff in Figma Dev Mode with clear specs, annotations and interaction states
- Review staging releases against designs and file actionable feedback to close design-to-code gaps
- Apply accessibility standards early, including contrast, focus order and keyboard behavior
- Maintain clean, auditable Figma file structure including naming, versioning and libraries
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, translating requirements into flows, wireframes, prototypes and user interfaces
- Figma mastery including Dev Mode, Auto Layout, Components, Variants and Variables
- Design system capability including tokens, primitives, semantic naming and library governance
- Thai and English language fluency in speaking, writing and presentation for day-to-day stakeholder work
- Accessibility knowledge aligned to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA with practical evaluation habits
- Enterprise UI experience designing dashboards, tables, filters, multi-step workflows and full state coverage
- Agile collaboration with Business Analysts, developers and Product stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence for traceability
Nice to have
- Domain exposure to Oil and Gas, supply chain or asset management
- Design Thinking certification or formal workshop facilitation training
- NN/g UX Certification, HFI CUA/CXA or UX-PM Practitioner credentials
