Job Summary
Mumtaz City Real Estate \& Urban Living Bahrain is seeking an experienced and organized Senior Property Operations Manager to oversee property operations, tenant services, facility coordination, and operational performance across residential and commercial developments.
This role is ideal for professionals with experience in property management, facilities management, real estate operations, residential communities, commercial property services, or urban development environments. The successful candidate will help ensure operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and high property standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations, occupancy support, and customer service activities
- Coordinate maintenance, facility operations, and vendor management
- Monitor operational budgets, property performance, and service standards
- Support leasing coordination and property management initiatives
- Ensure properties are maintained to company and safety standards
- Lead operational teams, supervisors, and support staff
- Develop strategies to improve tenant experience and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and property partners
- Prepare operational reports and support business planning activities
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, facilities management, real estate operations, or related industries preferred
- Previous leadership or multi-property management experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and operational priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Knowledge of property operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory
- GCC property management experience is considered an asset
