Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from inception to completion. Duties

• Lead the development of detailed project plans using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid, ensuring accurate scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate procurement processes by preparing construction estimates, reviewing bids, and managing subcontractor agreements utilizing tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.
• Oversee daily project operations, including scheduling, quality control, safety protocols, and progress tracking to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Facilitate communication among clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and keep projects on track.
• Monitor project performance metrics through construction management software; adjust plans proactively to mitigate risks or delays.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry standards; prepare reports for senior management on project status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil or heavy civil projects.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings essential for guiding construction activities.
• Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools such as HeavyBid; familiarity with Primavera P6 for scheduling is required.
• Skilled in using construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D for design coordination, and Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
• Knowledge of construction estimating processes and cost control measures to maintain budget integrity.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Construction experience with a solid understanding of safety standards and quality assurance practices.

Pay: $82,100.00-$168,000.00 per year
