Senior Project Engineering Manager

About the Role:
Eminence Engineering \& Infrastructure Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and technically driven Senior Project Engineering Manager to lead infrastructure projects, engineering operations, and technical project execution in Manama, Bahrain. This role focuses on managing large-scale engineering developments, optimizing project delivery, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards across infrastructure and industrial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engineering Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end execution of engineering and infrastructure projects
• Project Planning \& Delivery: Manage project timelines, budgets, technical resources, and operational workflows
• Technical Oversight: Ensure quality, performance, and compliance across engineering systems and construction activities
• Infrastructure Operations Management: Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial infrastructure implementation
• Risk \& Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to engineering standards, HSE regulations, and contractual requirements
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, clients, and regulatory authorities
• Operational Optimization: Improve engineering workflows, cost efficiency, and project delivery systems
• Process Improvement: Implement technical best practices and project performance enhancements
• Team Leadership: Lead project engineers, technical specialists, site teams, and operational coordinators

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Senior-level experience in project engineering, infrastructure development, or industrial operations management
• Skills: Strong technical, operational, and project management capabilities
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in infrastructure projects, industrial systems, or engineering consulting environments
• Leadership: Ability to manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams and large-scale project portfolios
