Job Description

Description

Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Tower Bridge office (Tuesdays \& Thursdays)

Uswitch

At Uswitch, our goal is to be the UK’s favourite way to choose and manage home-life essentials - from broadband and mobiles to energy and insurance. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for talented individuals who share our passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. If you want to be part of a team that is transforming the way consumers navigate their household services, we would love to hear from you!

We’re part of RVU, a group of online brands that include: Confused, Tempcover, money.co.uk, and Mojo Mortgages.

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst for our SEO team who will help drive organic growth across our energy, broadband and mobiles business.

You’ll be the central point of data and reporting for the SEO and Content team, ensuring all their decisions are data-driven and that we can report back to the business on the channel's success and growth.

You’ll have a passion for insight-led decision-making, helping our SEO and Content team to achieve the maximum search visibility and Gross Profit. We move fast and the landscape changes constantly, so we're looking for someone who thrives in that environment and brings genuine curiosity to every problem.### What you'll be doing

  • Analysing search landscapes and ranking tools (Ahrefs, SEOMonitor) to find and act on ranking opportunities
  • Working with content, creative, and dev teams to optimise existing pages and launch new web assets
  • Owning reporting for the SEO and Content team — sessions, revenue, web behaviour, GSC, competitor analysis — and presenting clear, actionable findings to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring SEO requirements are met across new pages, UX changes, and site launches
  • Investigating how other marketing channels (brand, PPC) interact with organic performance and feeding insights back to the wider team
  • Working with LLM tracking tools to discover how Uswitch shows up in AI visibility

What we're looking for

  • 2 to 5 years of analytical experience; we care more about what you've done than how long you've been doing it
  • Genuinely curious and hungry to learn, especially as AI reshapes how analysts work
  • Strong SQL (BigQuery); Python, Tableau, dbt or Git experience is a bonus
  • Can own analysis end to end, from business question to insight, without handing off to data science or engineering
  • Able to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical marketing teams and senior stakeholders

Commercially sharp, pragmatic, and able to move at pace
* * Marketing or SEO experience is a nice-to-have
