About Brand Vision
Brand Vision is a Toronto-based web design, branding, and marketing agency with a presence in Chicago. We work with clients across Canada and the United States, from enterprise organizations to founder-led startups, delivering web design, branding, SEO, paid media, and marketing consultation that stays practical and measurable.
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can own client marketing across multiple channels: SEO, paid search, paid social, and organic social. This is an agency role, so you'll work across multiple clients and industries simultaneously, each with different goals and challenges.
What you'll do
SEO strategy and execution. Develop and run tailored SEO strategies across client accounts. This includes keyword research, competitive analysis, technical audits, on-page optimization, link building, and content planning. You'll monitor algorithm shifts and adjust strategies proactively.
Paid search and Meta Ads. Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (search, display, performance max) and Meta (Facebook + Instagram). You'll own budgets, bidding strategies, creative testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
Social media management. Plan and manage organic social media across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok where relevant). Build content calendars, write captions, schedule posts, and engage with audiences as needed for client accounts.
Performance reporting and client communication. Build dashboards that connect marketing metrics to real business outcomes. Lead monthly performance reviews with clients, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and proactively flag opportunities and risks.
Multi-account management. Run digital marketing programs across multiple client accounts at the same time, prioritizing work, switching contexts, and hitting deadlines without losing quality.
