About the Role:
Aurora Regale Luxury Lifestyle \& Retail Solutions W.L.L. is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven Senior Luxury Retail Operations Manager to lead premium retail operations, customer experience strategy, and luxury brand performance in Manama, Bahrain. This role focuses on optimizing store operations, driving high-value sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer engagement across upscale lifestyle and luxury retail environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Luxury Retail Operations Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across luxury retail stores and premium customer service channels
- Sales \& Revenue Management: Drive profitability, sales KPIs, and commercial performance targets
- VIP Customer Experience Management: Ensure exceptional customer engagement, personalized service, and luxury brand standards
- Visual Merchandising \& Brand Presentation: Maintain premium in-store presentation, merchandising quality, and brand consistency
- Inventory \& Stock Oversight: Supervise inventory planning, product availability, and operational efficiency
- Operational Optimization: Improve retail workflows, staffing strategies, and store performance systems
- Market \& Consumer Insights: Analyze luxury market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, brand partners, marketing teams, and executive leadership
- Team Leadership: Lead store managers, retail supervisors, and customer-facing teams
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in luxury retail operations, premium lifestyle brands, or multi-store retail leadership
- Skills: Strong commercial management, operational leadership, and customer experience capabilities
- Education: Degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury goods, premium lifestyle retail, or upscale consumer brands
- Leadership: Ability to manage high-performing retail teams and premium customer environments
