Senior Interior Designer

Salary: 600 – 800 BHD / month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Senior Interior Designer to lead interior projects from initial client contact through to final delivery. The ideal candidate blends exceptional design sensibility with strong project management and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Lead meetings, pitch design concepts, gather client requirements, and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
• Lead project design workflows including spatial planning, material selection, and detail drawings.
• Oversee site visits, coordination with contractors/suppliers, and quality control during execution.
• Mentor junior team members and review design packages prior to final delivery.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Senior Interior Designer or Lead Designer.
• Strong experience managing and presenting to clients directly.
• Extensive technical expertise in interior detailing, space planning, and material sourcing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (or preferred 3D software), and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and team management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating successfully completed interior design projects.

Pay: BD600.000 - BD800.000 per month
