Job Summary

Funded Trader Ready Financial Education Bahrain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Financial Education Manager to oversee financial learning programs, educational operations, client engagement, and program development initiatives.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial education, training coordination, business education, client services, professional development, or educational operations. The successful candidate will support program growth, enhance learner engagement, and help deliver high-quality educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial education programs, workshops, and training initiatives
  • Support development of educational content and learning resources
  • Coordinate learner engagement, onboarding, and support activities
  • Manage scheduling, operational planning, and program delivery processes
  • Build strong relationships with students, clients, and educational partners
  • Monitor program performance and recommend operational improvements
  • Support marketing and community engagement initiatives related to educational services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and learning outcomes
  • Maintain organized reporting, documentation, and administrative workflows
  • Assist with team leadership, coaching, and operational coordination

Qualifications

  • Experience in financial education, training management, business education, coaching, customer support, or related industries preferred
  • Previous leadership or program management experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple educational projects and client relationships
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading concepts, or financial literacy programs is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Education, Management, or related field preferred but not mandatory
  • GCC experience is considered an asset
