Senior Digital Transformation Manager

Job Summary:
SalMX Digital Systems \& Technology W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide digital modernization initiatives, process automation strategies, and technology integration programs. This role is responsible for designing and executing transformation roadmaps that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and enable data-driven decision-making across organizations. If you are an experienced digital transformation leader with strong consulting and enterprise IT expertise, this is a key opportunity in Qatar’s technology services sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs across enterprise clients and internal systems
• Develop digital strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth plans
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and workflow optimization
• Oversee implementation of ERP, CRM, cloud, and enterprise platforms
• Manage cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, and solution architects
• Drive change management and digital adoption across organizations
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend scalable technology improvements
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and transformation KPIs
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define digital priorities and outcomes
• Ensure successful integration of new technologies with legacy systems

Requirements:

• Experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or enterprise technology leadership
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud platforms, and process automation tools
• Experience managing large-scale transformation or IT modernization projects
• Strong understanding of business process engineering and systems integration
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies is an advantage
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
