What You Will Do
You will define and deliver digital-first B2B marketing plans and campaigns, creating memorable prospective and existing customer experiences that help drive revenue. We are seeking an experienced individual to cover maternity leave for an initial fixed-term period of 14 months. This role will ensure seamless continuity of our Digital Marketing activities during the peer's absence, taking over responsibility for the management and optimization of our paid ad campaigns, our website, as well as our CRM workflows integrations and email automation, to support a fully integrated marketing and sales-driven growth engine for our organization. Work with Sales and Product to continuously develop new ways to engage with existing customers and qualified leads through online sources.
Manage briefs and collaborate with creative agencies and contractor relationships (ie, copy \& design external resources) for asset production as necessary
Oversee and deploy all website enhancements, maintenance, and content/copy updates required, including SEO and AEO optimization needs, new landing pages, and other digital assets.
Research and maintain keyword maps and implementation of SEO best practices.
Safeguard our brand identity and maintain our brand’s tone of voice across all digital properties.
Optimize all digital media channels to increase target audience reach and engagement.
Social community management and cross-functional collaboration/coordination for support
Own the customer journeys in HubSpot CRM, leveraging best practices for lead nurturing, dashboard reporting, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts.
Manage and traffic PPC and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms, providing data-driven analysis and reporting to optimize performance and budget allocation.
Build and maintain a testing roadmap for emerging digital marketing communications strategies and technologies, to evaluate and implement, as warranted.
Occasional maintenance of the Product Catalogue, including implementation of new product requests.
Qualifications
Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related field plus a minimum of five years’ recent, related experience. Some WordPress, CRM and Performance marketing experience (ie. Certification in Adwords, etc.), is a must for this role. Telecommunications experience (some product familiarity) is considered a strong asset. An equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
