Introduction
Evolve Energy is currently undertaking a strategic digital transformation, with the express need to improve capacity and throughput across all areas of the business and to accelerate growth over the next five years. As part of this initiative, we have a number of streams of activity underway, across legacy transformation, digital transformation roadmap, internal build and external adoption and integration. The Senior Developer will work closely alongside the multi-discipline squad (BAs; Developers; QA) in an Agile way to deliver business value via updates to existing platforms, developing new platforms and integrating with internal and existing functions.
Role Purpose
You will be responsible for assisting BAs with story shaping; developing quality, robust solutions; supporting the QA during testing and facilitating the build out of continuous integration/delivery pipelines. The development team is a strong unit and are pivotal to the success of our digital transformation journey.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our platforms and processes, working closely with Head of Business Technology, development and infrastructure colleagues.

The ideal candidate
You will be experienced Agile practitioner and passionate about delivering value and confident enough to identify issues and propose solutions pro-actively. Experience working in the Utilities sector would be advantageous but is by no means essential. Scrum Master and real-world experience of CRM implementation (either external or internal) would be desirable as would previous exposure to Docker or other containerisation technologies.
