Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d) who can transform complex datasets into clear business insights and strategic direction. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to turn data into action.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis Ownership:
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights across operations, product, and finance.

Dashboard Development:
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting systems for leadership and stakeholders.

Business Intelligence:
Translate complex data into clear recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to define KPIs and improve data quality.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities proactively.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
5 to 8 years in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field, with exposure to enterprise environments.

Technical Skills:
Strong experience with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Analytical Thinking:
Ability to interpret complex datasets and convert them into clear business recommendations.

Communication Skills:
Able to present findings to both technical and non technical stakeholders in a simple and structured way.

Mindset:
You are detail oriented, curious, and comfortable working with large and messy datasets while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Pay: KD1,200.000 - KD1,800.000 per month
