We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who can lead operational excellence across our service delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily business operations and ensure service delivery standards are maintained across departments while improving efficiency and accountability.
Process Optimization:
Review internal procedures, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements that support business performance and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and support operational staff while promoting collaboration, performance improvement, and a strong professional culture.
Performance Management:
Monitor operational metrics, analyze reporting data, and recommend strategic improvements that support company objectives and long term success.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with internal leadership, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication, alignment on priorities, and consistent execution of services.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in business operations, service management, or administrative leadership, with at least 2 years in a senior or team leadership role.
Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing people, improving operational performance, and coordinating teams across multiple business functions.
Systems Knowledge:
Comfortable working with reporting systems, operational workflows, performance tracking, and business management tools.
Language Skills:
Professional English communication is required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for local stakeholder coordination.
Mindset:
You are highly organized, commercially aware, and solution focused. You understand when to optimize processes, when to act quickly, and how to balance operational excellence with business priorities.
Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼23,000.00 per month
